Comprising of reinforced strip footing, concrete slab poured on fill, slab on ground, sub floor frame, with mixed hardwood decking, reinforced 400 series M/Block columns 8mm, reinforced external and internal 200 series M/Block 8mm waterproof solid render M/Block, roof framing consisting of hardwood trusses with plasterboard ceiling, and exposed pitched rafters with FC sheets to ceiling. Finishes comprising of painted walls, tiles, exposed aggregate concrete floor.
